A Guide to Buying a Home in West Arvada

West Arvada has seen exponential growth in the last few years, and it's not all for show. The area really does have something for everyone. From highly rated schools, mountain views, open space, miles of paved trails, new homes, active communities, delicious restaurants, and all at a lower price point compared to its neighbor, Boulder.
